SAHİ (Social Justice Association / Movement): Principles of Operation
As a movement, SAHİ is coordinated by a Coordination Council. This council is initially composed of volunteers among those who founded the initiative.
The members of the Coordination Council and their respective responsibilities are redefined annually by the participants of the movement.
SAHİ (Social Justice Movement), based on the principle of institutional independence, is open to cooperation and solidarity with all political, social, and trade-union organizations that act in line with its goals.
The financial resources of the SAHİ Movement consist of the voluntary contributions of its participants.
Through its website and social media platforms, SAHİ shares news about social justice movements and issues both in Turkey and around the world and engages in solidarity activities when necessary.
SAHİ, in line with its aims and principles, organizes nonviolent and peaceful demonstrations, resistance actions, and advocacy activities.
SAHİ supports economic and social solidarity initiatives based on fair and equal partnership models grounded in collective production, rather than profit-oriented systems dependent on individual capital.
